Didn't have the best experience with a gentleman named Luis, he wasn't informative or very friendly but my next few treatments were done by landon he's very friendly and really seems to care, just recieved my last treatment, hasn't been as thorough as I'd like after 3 treatments but I'm hoping the pests are finally gone

I called set up an appt with Luis. Was set for today at 9am. About 9:10am, I called to how much later the technician would be. The receptionist said “oh it’s a window 9-11”. I said no one told me yesterday, he said he would be there at 9am. She tried to call the technician, she’s was unable to reach, she text and said he would call. Of course no call or show. Definitely can’t recommend them, was planning to use for more than 1 property.
