Allan in albuquerque is great. The only issue I is they cancel last minute. I have had them the last 4 years. I pay just under 50 a month. They come out every other month unless you are having issues. They will come out as often as needed to control those problems. I dont have any insect problems in my home.

Absolutely the WORST! I had a previous review with a one star review over their sketchy business practices and the twisted way the billing was explained. It went on to say how completely unprofessional the technician was and how unprofessional and unhelpful the office staff was. I got a response back from the owner with an apology and they want every customer to be treated like family. Oh that is hilarious - I hope you do not treat your own family the way we were treated. We were also told to call the office for resolution on the billing. That was even more hilarious. We were told the owner is unavailable, got several different answers but never a resolution. Let me break it down - we were told we are billed two months ahead but billed every other month. Understood - Yet, here is the kicker we were two months past due but still billed and charged for the upcoming months! Make it make sense. The best part is after we tried multiple times to not only get a straight answer we did try to resolve our bill which didn’t happen because the office staff is ridiculous! The kicker, you sent me to collections. Ya, treated like family is a joke. There was never ever any way we were going to get this resolved. You are worse than the government - instead of just admitting a mistake was made on your part and just fixing the issue and giving a straight answer the preferred method is to keep twisting your excuses and blame the customer. Calling the office is pointless so good luck with collecting your past due bill when you billed me and collected two months ahead for service!!

Called them out for a mice issue. Tyler came and was not super friendly or helpful. When I called to set up the appointment the guy I talked to was amazing and made the service sound like it would be much different than what I experienced. For $375 initial service to set up 3 victor mouse traps and 2 outdoor baits. I set more traps myself for $10 than they did. Plus you can get those outdoor baits on Amazon for $50 could have saved myself a ton of money and done it myself if that's all the where going to do. Also under one of my bathroom sinks there was a caught mouse in a trap they could of had the curtosey of either removing it for me or notifying me yet I saw it once I went to see the "traps" they set for me. This mouse has been dead for awhile as it was decaying and they just put their trap right next to it . Waste of money unfortunately. Especially since they guy on the phone set such good sounding service.

The tech was pleasant and helpful. He checked all around the perimeter of the house to see if there were signs of mice. Then, to be sure, he checked inside to see whether there were more droppings. There were none.

Amazing, professional, affordable! I can’t say enough nice things. We had a cockroach infestation when we moved in. They were here twice a week until the bugs were gone. Would recommend to everyone.

I called around to get different quotes before I decided to go with Orkin. By far they were the most professional and gave me the most information. The person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best price over the other companies. Alexandra came to our house and was very thorough. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the service. She was great and comfortable with my dogs (big and little). Overall very happy with Orkin.

I've had a really disappointing experience with Orkin. The service and communication have both been poor from the start. Despite several treatments, I'm still dealing with pests, and it feels like nothing is actually being resolved. I've reached out multiple times for follow-up or help with my service but the response has been slow/non existent and unhelpful. For the price and reputation, I expected much better results and customer care. I wouldn't recommend Orkin based on my experience.

Jason is our new Orkin service provider and we really like him. He lives in the same area as we do, and is very familiar with the bug population here. He does a great job and is super respectful of us and our pets. We have enjoyed our MOSTLY bug free environment for years. Thank you Orkin for hiring good, hard working individuals.
