So far orkin has been nothing but amazing with our routine pest services. They even applied yard spray for free to help with the mosquitoes. Rates are reasonable when you have a plan and the customer service from the guy I have is amazing. He goes far and beyond. The best thing is we pay for a "subscription" and if they have to come out anytime in between the visits it's FREE. Some companies charge you insane rates for the littles things and some places are so cheap I they come in a spray some water around. Id recommend Orkin for sure
