The staff is exceptional. I have dealt with another pest control company in Franklin a while back. I knew the service was not the best but I didn't know how bad they were until I have dealt with this group. John (retired now), April and Derrick are outstanding and represent the company well. I'm in sales myself and what I liked about them is they don't try to upsell you, which is very common in this business. I am very glad I met John and Derrick. I feel my home is in good hands now.

Ryan called before arriving and showed up on time. He was very polite and friendly. He explained the work that would be covered in our monthly visits and responded to our individual insect concerns. I own a vacation rental property and on Sunday my renters called to say they saw ants. I called Orkin on a Sunday and got a real person. She had someone out by 1:00 on Monday. It went really well from start to finish with the service man Andrew. What a nice person. He has even set me up with an auto check at my cabin in a week to make sure they are gone. I’m thrilled with the service and with Andrew. I’d give kudos to the lady I talk to on Sunday, but I don’t know her name.
