Incredibly unprofessional and completely unresponsive, we have been attempting to schedule an appointment for wasp nest treatment since Wednesday afternoon, and now it's Friday. I've called for three consecutive days. We've been promised multiple times that someone would return our call to arrange the treatment, but there has been absolutely NO FOLLOW-UP. Today, Friday, I insisted on staying on the line until I was connected to someone who could actually schedule the appointment. After confirming the appointment, I received a call an hour later stating that it was scheduled incorrectly as residential instead of commercial, and that someone from the commercial department would call me back within the hour. After detailing the timeline of our wait for an appointment, I was ASSURED that someone would contact me by the end of the day. I attempted to call the commercial number given to me after not hearing from anyone for two hours, only to be redirected to a call center that told me I needed to reach out to the commercial office directly, and they couldn't transfer me. I've wasted three days, and now it's the end of Friday, leaving me unable to contact any other company to resolve this issue until Monday morning.

Wanted to take precaution so i signed up for preventative care. Was $198 first visit and was to be $58 a month with treatment every 2 months unless there was an issue. All good until After the 2nd visit i was billed $111. Called a good 4 times to get a run around that a manager was to call me as there’s nothing customer service can do about the billing issues. Finally got a manager to talk to and was told my account would be fixed as it was an issue on their end. Needless to say it still wasn’t addressed nor was my concerns of service. Customer service was and is absolute horrendous to deal with. I’ll be taking my business to another company. They refused to give me cooperates number so i did my own digging and made a complaint there.

The technicians were great. They were personable and of course knowledgeable and shared that with us explaining what they were doing and why. We have eight cats and had to wrestle them on the porch and they were very patient while we got that done. The service was quick and easy.
