They did a great job with helping me with my pest problem but I just did like that they could never give me a heads up on the actual day they were coming out. Also when I first signed up I was thinking the price quoted on the phone was the total for the year when actually it was just for the first few months and then I would pay monthly even though they were scheduled to come out every other month. So just make sure to ask allot of questions but other than that they did a great job!

I have never written a review but this is necessary if you care for the health of your pets. I was reassured over and over again by Orkin that the chemicals they use are safe for people and pets. However, the day after Orkin serviced my home, we woke to 3/5 of my senior dogs foaming at the mouth, projectile vomiting, and losing control of their bowels so leaking diarrhea. We called Orkin completely panicked and they were incredibly unprofessional and had no sympathy saying the only person they would release the ingredient list to is the person who paid the bill. I called and called and every time i gave the person who answered my phone number, i was placed on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. It was impossible for me to get a hold of the ingredient list. All 5 dogs were taken to an emergency room who treated them for poison. Normal dogs would’ve been fine but these are 11-13yr old senior dogs. Once i knew my dogs would live and i wasn’t emotional and angry, I called Orkin again asking for an explanation and instead the manager i spoke to was condescending and kept claiming my dogs were poisoned by something else even though i explained they were perfectly fine the day before. I have yet to receive the refund i was promised. If you care about your pets, do not use this company. The first red flag should’ve been when they refused to give me their ingredient list and delayed connecting me to their manager.

I had a scheduled appointment. No call no show. I called the corporate office who shared with me someone in the Miami office would call to reschedule. Again, no call. Third time I called l shared with a friendly customer service rep. If I did not receive a call for reschedule . I would no longer use this service. Ultimately, received a call and very nice service gentleman by the name of Carlos came on time and service was completed.

They are good, excellent staff. Without supervision, I am not sure if they would do the job as good as if I were there. I would like to see the same tech, bc I typically walk them all and instruct the areas. This may help. Otherwise, good products, very respectful techs and most important, no "critters".
