I am thrilled with my first visit from Orkin. My family and I have been dealing with a rodent infestation for two months, and landlords who were not providing adequate help. Scott from Orkin came out today and immediately started fixing the problem at the source by filling gaps in holes in our unit left by our landlords. Scott also set additional traps, and was kind and professional while he was helping us.

Orkin showed up on time Justin Hendrix the service provider was very friendly. The problem lies with the Customer Service team in the billing department. Justin could not perform his service without getting the contract signed by who was paying for it which was my landlord. We waited 35 minutes for my landlord to show up and sign the contract. Just explained whoever signed the contract Would be responsible for the payment. This is why we had to wait so long for my landlord he was the responsible party. The landlord showed up, signed the contract. Justin performed his Service and moved on. After Justin left Orkin filling department charged my personal credit card for the amount of the service instead of charging my landlord, the service fee. My landlord has Had many services performed through this company and my landlord is refusing to call Orkin to give them his credit card number. Therefore, Orkin Is charging my personal account my personal credit card for a service that my landlord should be paying for because he signed the contract.

Ric, the Orkin professional, was very thorough and extremely informative about everything he was doing and what the effects to the insects, mice, and my dogs/cats would be. I learned alot! I feel very happy with my decision to call Orkin for my ant and mouse issue.

Eric is awesome. First treatment in and as he was working we got to talking about things going on in my house; he had a few recommendations I never thought of to keep pests out and even mentioned that they have an insulation program I knew nothing about! So far very satisfied, looking forward to many more months/years!

Everything orkin did was over the top professional. They left me several reminders that they were coming. The person that came explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. He told me what to expect and if I had any problems afterwards that I should feel free to call.

Had our first appointment, and treatment today for Ants. Ryan L. Was our serviceman, and he had called us prior to his arrival and showed up as scheduled. He was very thorough, friendly, and answered any and all of our questions. Very professional and we very much appreciated him coming out. Although when we had called thru to the National line to schedule, the lady who took my call had our address wrong, and I corrected her on that before we hung up. Then a few days to our scheduled appointment I got a confirmation text, and the address was still wrong. I called them to correct and waited an hour for a representative, and had to hang up. I called the following day and got a representative, she was very nice and said she would alert flag it and send it over to another department to fix the address. So this morning several hours before the appointment I got another confirmation text, and the address was still wrong. So I waited and Ryan called to announce he was on his way, I informed him of the correct address to come too, he thanked me as he did see that they did still have the wrong address. In the long run, It all worked out, and Ryan was perfect. Now we wait to see if the ants go away! Thank you Ryan!
