I have never had someone spray for ants and spiders” 4 times in 2 months” and it still be an issue. Ever. Two of the “4 times” it was sprayed they were suppose to arrive 8-10 am. The first time the guy finally shows up at 10:50. Friday I waited until 10:30 no one showed up. My house was “sprayed Friday” and here are ants this morning EVERY WHERE. In my room and in my closet. North East exterminator would NEVER have this problem.

They double charged me and when confronted about it, they denied. Constantly said "we will call back and explain" but they never did. They also refuse to cancel your plan when asked to until after the next time they charge you. They are super shady and I regret ever working with them. I still have a pest problem. They just STOLE my money.

Tony came out today to do an inspection for us after a previous extermination to be sure we weren’t in need of a retreat, and to make sure we were completely satisfied with the service we received. Because if you’ve ever had a bug problem you know that you can’t ever have peace of mind until they’re 100% gone. He was absolutely awesome, some of the best customer service I have ever received. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He explained to us in detail how they do the treatments and what to look for as early warning signs if we ever have the same problem again. He even put a note in his phone to call us in a week just to make sure everything is looking fine and if it wasn’t that he’d come back out himself and get us taken care of. We haven’t had to use pest control very often outside of routine treatments, but you better believe that the Orkin team in Tupelo will be our first call when we do. 10/10

Reed Dendy was so nice and very professional. He even empty the garbage for me. He told me that the spray wouldn’t harm my dog. He also informed me about other services that Orkin offers. The price that was quoted when I had called the night before didn’t fit what I needed , so the manager, who was on the phone with Reed, provided another quote that was affordable for me and also fitted the service that was right for my situation. So I say Thank you Thank you.

The ladies at the office were very kind and helpful every time I had to call. The man that came and treated my house and yard was also very kind, and took care of everywhere I asked of him to. It wasn’t a long process at all. The man was out at my house treating it literally the next morning after I called and asked for service the afternoon before. It also didn’t take him long to spray all of the inside of my house and all over my property. Very satisfied so far. Now currently waiting 4 hours to be able to go back in my house after it has been treated. I Will come back and update when I see whether or not it handled the pest problem.

Timely appointment actually, Chris was early but waited to knock till the agreed upon time. Very professional and thorough. Informed and explained at every step. They are waiting on the truck for needed supplies and Mr Chris said he would bring it back by. That is good service .. thank you
