Had a bug problem, called Orkin up, they sent someone out here! She was highly experienced and trained in what she does, she was very friendly and explained things so we could understand what she was talking about! I really do appreciate her as our tech! I gave them 3 stars because I told the lady on the phone when setting anything up with Orkin that I did not want a contract and asked if I could cancel at any point, she told me I could cancel but they like a 30 day notice prior to service being done… I accepted that deal, when the tech showed up, it was indeed a contract that I’m stuck in for a year! Not her fault, but whoever the person on the phone was should probably be retrained… that was a dirty move on their end.
