So thankful for this company, I called and they came out same day and took care of some stinging insects that were setting up home and hive near my deck. That was 4 hours ago and I haven't seen another one at all. Matthew Rieff was super nice and explained things to me very well. Good Customer service is hard to find these days, but he was awesome. Thanks Matt, my family and I will sleep well tonight knowing those monsters are gone. Lol

I’ve had some issues with my assigned tech Alexander. He showed up today and essentially did nothing. He did nothing inside, and only sprayed the front of the house and one side and left. He. Didn’t do anything inside the house or around the back or other side of the house yet his report said he did the entire perimeter of the house and the interior of the house and listed the rooms. I was home working along with having cameras can prove his lack of work ethic. I will say Orkin had someone else out within a few hours and he did a great job. He was friendly and thorough.

Please read for context. The tech sent out did a fantastic job and was friendly and professional. He gets five stars. The communication on the office side gets a solid one star. I did receive a service, at a rate cheaper than the advertised price. I’m thankful for that. However, it is not the service I was requesting. It was discussed that I would have “service A” done, and instead got “service b.” Also, I was finishing up mowing, when to my surprise, orkin was at my house. I asked for a certain day to be scheduled, and they said they would reach out when they came up with a time, but that never happened. All in all, I will gladly use them again, but they really need to work more with their interns handling the phones.

They were prompt and polite. They got the job done fairly quickly. They wore booties over their shoes in the house which was very appreciated. They took out the birds and covered areas that may let critters in.
