Josh gets 5 stars! I had a previous tech come in about a week before him that was supposed to spray the whole house for fleas but it did absolutely nothing as she only got 2 areas. Josh took his time to explain to us what he was doing annd ensured me the whole house would be sprayed. While i was trying to finish vaccuming the home he sprayed the entire exterior of the home. Josh takes his time to make sure things are done right! Thanks again Josh!!

I had a problem with Carpenter Ants. Orkin representative, Jack, made it clear what my options and treatments were to address this problem. The serviceman, Josh, followed up within days of my first call. He detailed what he was doing, step by step and was available to answer any further questions that I had. I ultimately had them treat the existing issue as well as installing barriers around the garage and entry doors to eliminate any gaps. All the while, Orkin kept me up to date throughout the process with calls, texts & emails. I would recommend this service to anyone experiencing pest issues.

I googled companies in my local area that could treat grubs in our yard. Through the site, it explicitly called out that grubs were one of the things they could treat. I called in, spoke to what I believe to have been an AI chat bot (sounded exactly like a voice activated ChatGPT agent you'd use on your app). The agent asked me some clarifying questions. I even asked if they were able to treat if it was raining -- yes, yes, no worries -- They promised service same-day or next day, so I scheduled it for this morning, confirmed the time, they took my credit card information for payment - everything was confirmed. Until... It wasn't... I just received a phone call from "Sandy" alerting me that they actually do not treat grubs and I'd have to go through a landscaping company, despite their company confirming the service, confirming my appointment, and collecting my credit card information over the phone (not a secure collection method by PCI compliance methods). Just find a different service. This felt very much like a scam.

Jack, Josh and Dennis get 5 stars! Not only was Orkin responsive and timely when we were vetting companies but also competitive in terms of pricing and the agreement for services. Jack was a pleasure to work with and we were promptly scheduled. Then, on top of that our tenants reached our sharing that “If anybody gets an opportunity to review for Josh and Dennis today can you give the best review? They were super thorough and very friendly. They wanted to do a great job.” How very telling of their character and service that our very own tenants went out of their way to request we review them highly. I was quoted a price and when they came for rthe evaluation they quoted me a much higher price and proceeded to tell me that they need to make money he left saying they would honor price... He never called back... . they are a scam
