Matthew was absolutely and fantastic! Incredibly through in looking for small black ants on my back deck near my cats food area that kept getting infested and now a new spot in my newly renovated kitchen! In a panic I called and Orkin/Matthew came out so fast, not only was he incredibly polite he also took into the consideration of my animals being in the house to and their protection! Now it’s time to wait and follow up with Orkin in 10 days to see if they may need a follow up visit, I appreciate the organization and the effort and efficiency put into this infestation I had been dealing with since 6:45am!

Wasn’t great. I had someone come out today and felt like he just wanted to leave right away. I understand they do not treat flies/cluster flies but I was told they could treat our area to prevent/remove bugs that might be preventing the flies from coming in. Always had great service! But not today.

The Orkin management team demonstrated a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and promptly delivered the service. Today, the initial service to eliminate mosquitoes was successfully completed, and I can now enjoy the outdoors without any worries. Goodbye, pesky mosquitoes!
