Lacy called me last week to see about coming to my house for the annual inspection. We set it up for between 2-4 pm. She called me about 1pm to say she was just getting there if I wanted to meet her sooner (she was inspecting outside). I got to the house, let her in; and she was finished about 2 pm. She was nice and very knowledgeable. Very pleasant.
