I am very pleased with the service I received from Orkin and the Baton Rouge Branch. The management team led by Mark Latuso, Branch Manager, was great. Jimmie Pigron, Sales Manager, reached out to me to assist with the service. Christopher Hughes, Inspector, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Willie and Syre were the on-site technicians and they were awesome. Justice took my initial call and I could tell that she was determined to assist me. Mark and his entire staff made me feel very good about my decision to go with Orkin. Everyone was professional and yet still personable. I highly recommend Orkin for termite and pest control services.
