A little pricier than most, but well worth it. In a day where you get what you pay for, the Orkin staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. All the technicians took the time to explain all work steps performed and reviewed each task upon completion. From our estimator to the guys doing the termite treatment, first class customer service. The even reviewed clear instructions on follow ups, maintnence and expectations. Their customer service and attention to detail has gone a long way in making us feel that we made the right choice and that the job was done right.

After calling Orkin “ Will “ the salesman rang my doorbell with a weapon. I experienced terrible sales, closing and lack of follow up leading to me call national.Will texted me after 10:30pm Sunday saying they were coming to do the work in the morning. I had to block his text due to pressure, intimidation and a note saying “ Idk what this dude is on” in a screenshot he sent to his manager to antagonize. The office manager was even more aggressive and pushy. After telling him about the weapon, closings used I finally said if anyone with Orkin does come you will be trespassing and the police will be here in 30 seconds. What a nightmare! Search “ Orkin SUED” I’m staying away! It’s all on video and audio. Including Will and the weapon at my door. Update: Regional Managar Called prepared to Augies and antagonize. “See You IN COURT “. I’m sure other “ seniors” are intimidated and go ahead with the work. I’ve quit working for.companies like this myself decades ago. I enjoy sleeping at night Hence my attorneys! Get Real!

Inspector was absolute thoroughly fantastic. He found the termite activity when no one else had been able to, also found the rodent nest inside my attic. My new treated insulation now has my home cooler and better insulated. Just in time before the summer heat and termite swarm season. Thanks Orkin, for the professionalism and value!

Annual inspection but did not receive any paperwork and no email. Did not go in the attic. Canceled 1st appointment the morning of inspection said he would call back in Monday and never did. I had to call back to reschedule. When he did arrive to my home never introduced himself. Rude with trying to be funny .

Brett was very nice. The corporate phone answering service is annoying. I do NOT like that this company makes an appointment for my home without contacting me first. That just adds the headache of calling and having to re-schedule. They should just call me first. It would save time.

Our Orkin rep is great! The cost of the service from initial to recurring payments is a bargain for all he does. Living in a condo complex and having pets I was worried but I had no need. I'd not had any issue for the 32 years my family owned this place, and then the complex removed a large water oak in front of my unit. This was two years ago and from that moment we started seeing those "kitchen" roaches. I was appalled and freaked. But, I called Orkin and I am no longer freaked.
