Requested for a call back after his vacation. The day after he was here the tenants were complaining that there was live black ants! We requested for him to follow up after his vacation. Edgar never followed up or called. On the following service he claims he's too busy! He never received the text. On my end it shows it was received. Asked him what's the solution. He walked off the job. He is unprofessional! Called the office and requested for another technician.

It’s all about the technician. Some do a good job of spraying and some don’t. So come when they say they’re gonna come and others don’t. Right now I have a good technician and I’m happy with the company because of that. If she was to do a poor job, I would look for another company!
