Very polite. The gentleman that came is fairly new. I've done in home services for many years. Just a little advice nothing negative, talk to the customer more on what you're doing in there home. He will get it though! Can't wait to have Orkin back!

Called to get a quote, but the lady that I spoke to refused to give me a price range, I don't want to waste anyone's time. I asked for what the minimum would be, and the maximum would be. Refused to answer. I understand that the Tech would have yo inspect, but if I can't get a price range, I don't want to do business with you. I don't want to waste anyone's time.

When my wife and I moved into our home, we had a big problem with cockroaches and would sometimes find brown recluse spiders. Within the first week of Orkin treating our home, we noticed an immediate change. Three years later, we now never see any cockroaches and hardly ever see spiders, and if we do, they're not alive. Their workers are awesome too. I initially hired Orkin because my parents have used them for years. Travis at Orkin has been treating my parents home for over a decade and mine now for 3 years. He always does an incredible job and is thorough to replace all the traps. Beyond his good work, he's also just a wonderful person. This company's awesome and we're glad they're here in Springfield!

I was very pleased with the Attic restore and the Termite Treatment I received, yesterday and today. JESSE and his helper did a great job and cleaned up nicely after the attic restore. They were both very considerate and polite and worked very hard and got done in a timely manner. Jesse came back today to do the Termite Trenching and spraying on the outside of my house. Thank you Orkin, I feel much better knowing my house is safe from Termites and Other bugs and rodents!
