Called today to inquire about having a termite inspection. I was informed by Orkin representative they do not provide this service and give a letter, "because the home isn't under coverage with them." Basically saying unless I am the home owner and have a "contact" with Orkin they do NOT provide termite inspections. Don't waste time calling them.

Well to say helping to get the bugs gone that isn't going to happen on orkens chose because of the heat that would be used it would cause damage to the old trailer of ours but the guy gave advice for the best way of dealing with the bugs it's just going to take more than time and effort to keep it going to kill the infection. Honestly if it was up to me I'd have my trailer knocked down and cleaned up and start over with this place it's been nothing but hell since we bought it last year!!!

In 2020-2022, we had excellent bi-monthly service. Our technician did a phenomenal job every time she was here and paid close attention to detail. We live in a densely wooded area and never had any trouble with bugs as long as she was treating our home. However, she is no longer with the company and now the service is just terrible. For the past year, there has been a different tech every time, they don’t spray every room of the house like they used to, they don’t replace the sticky bug traps in the corners, and they didn’t even treat the garage or outside perimeter of the house this last visit. Overall, very disappointed in what the service is now like and wishing they would take it back to what it used to be.

He was late. Arrived at 6:08. Did the entire interior and the outside perimeter in 8 minutes. Backed out of my driveway at 6:15. Did not change out any of the glue pads. He was definitely in a hurry to get home. This service and the last were very underwhelming and very incomplete. What happened to the girl technician that used to service our house?

They were scheduled to come out this Saturday for quarterly. They didn't want to come out sooner until I told them on the phone that it's an emergency. Then they had someone come out the next morning. Very professional, knowledgeable, and should have an inspection done soon.

They wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money just to spray our yard and kept trying to sell my husband on additional services we didn’t need. Husband called Kaw Valley exterminator and not only got a great price, but was not pushed for any extra services. Not impressed.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I had Orkin and 3 other termite inspections done because "I" seen termite tubes and activity. All other companies seen the termites and activity, easily, the Orkin guy did not. I had to go and show him after he said he didnt see anything!! Then he said, oh ya! His price was then DOUBLE the competitors. This company needs to shape up or get out of the biz pronto!!

Regular service was fine. However, we had asked to have the yard treated for mosquitos as well, but the guy who came knew nothing about it, so it did not get done. We really need to have that service taken care of as soon as possible! Otherwise, we have always been very happy with Orkin.
