The woman who answered the phone (I feel so bad I cannot remember her name) was SO nice and kind, and set things up so fast for me when I discovered we had a wasp infestation in both our front and back yard. Brandon came out early, took care of my house’s issues despite a couple of set backs (my fault, not his!) and took care of them all! They were all so friendly and nice, and handled things fast and professionally! I would recommend them, and use them again, in a heartbeat!

I have not had a great experience with Orkin. Their communication has been awful, and the process has been confusing. This is my first time with bedbugs. I was anxious, freaking out, and wanted to put my trust in a company that were experts in the field so I could take care of them immediately. I called Orkin on August 28th, 2025 to set up an inspection for bedbugs. Thankfully they had someone out next day. The inspection involved the guy coming in, looking at the bugs I had in a bag, and confirming that I had bedbugs. Per the guy's report, he was here in total for 6 minutes and got 103 dollars for it. During his time here, he quoted me 3276 in total for the job, which included the 103 dollars that apparently *had* to be paid in full up front. They scheduled first spray Sept. 2 between 10-12. I work from home, so I have to make special arrangements as they tell you you need to be out of the house while they spray, and at least 4 hours after that. I texted the inspection guy Sept. 1st at 7:13pm saying we had all the stuff bagged as he said to, but I had a question on if our shoes needed to be bagged too. I still have not received a response to this text. On Sept. 2nd at 11:45am, I am at work and have not heard a single thing about the guy coming. So I called Orkin and they informed me that the tech was out for the day. I was upset that I have had zero communication for Orkin about this. I mentioned getting a refund so I can go somewhere else because their lack of communication already was disappointing. The girl said that she could schedule him the next morning first thing that morning. So I agreed and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Sept. 3rd comes and he does show up. Levi was incredible. He was really sweet, thorough, and listened to my grievances this far. However when he showed up, he told me that I had to pay upfront before he could start the job. He was wanting 2504. I told him I'd just spent 3276 when the inspection guy came, so now I had to pay that plus the 2504. Levi said no one had told him I'd paid, and he just had to confirm that. So apparently they don't even communicate within their own company. Levi sent me a report after the job was done. The total on it was 2504, which was more than the 3276 I had paid for. I forgot about it and it didn't cross my mind again until recently where I thought I'd better call and schedule my next spray since the inspection guy told me that I had paid for a year of service. During this call I had asked if I had to pay again for this service, or if I did indeed pay for a full year's of service. This was on Sept. 22nd. The guy I spoke with said he was a little confused by what was going on with pricing on my account, so he was going to take my name and number and have a manager get back with me to tell me what exactly I had paid for. I am currently writing this review on Sept. 28th and still have not received a call yet. When I called on the 22nd, they also had me scheduled automatically for Oct. 1st which hadn't been communicated with me at all. I was able to get the date changed to a day I was off, but just one more thing they failed to communicate about. The only good experience I've had with Orkin was with their tech, Levi. He gave me his phone number and has been very responsive and communicative. If you were to ask me if I would recommend them, I would say absolutely not. For a service that expensive, I'd at least expect a baseline of communication that I have not received. This company has not done anything to decrease the anxiousness I've had over these damn bedbugs, and instead has been a part in the increase of anxiety and fear that maybe they won't be taken care of after all. I was going to wait to write a fair review after my service was up, but after this last call on Sept. 22nd and not hearing word back from anyone, I've just been feeling incredibly disappointed with this whole thing. I wish I would have gone to a local service instead. So take heed, if you want a company that communicates with you, I'd stay clear of Orkin.

Once the scheduling department got their notes correct they eventually sent someone out after the third try!!! Twice before we had excuses and was told we were never scheduled for the appointments after giving payment over the phone with their call center. On the final call it was admitted that they DID see the original appointments and had the excuse that the call center booked “ghost” appointments for us. The manager, Chris took ownership of the situation at that point and scheduled Levi to be here at 8am. Levi did an awesome job and was very thorough and helpful. We look forward to better customer service going forward and hope this mixup was a one off type of thing and not a representation of what to expect! Edit: 9/18/2025 The offer of not being charged the first and second visits due to the ghost bookings didn’t happen. The rep was not told not to charge so we had to pay him before he left. The manager called after he processed the payment and stated he would get it refunded. That was more than a week ago. I called the office today and they have no record of refund being processed.

Services started out great with general pest care but hired them to seal my house. What they could do was not done well at all. I was told that someone would reach out to me 3 times and no one ever called. I have now been told 4 times that something was going to be done and it was not done. I just keep being told that someone will call me. Its has now been days since I was told I'll call in an hour...

I called on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were at my house Wednesday morning addressing the issue. Justin was very polite and pleasant, and he was in out in no time! Orkin set me up with a year plan to keep my house pest-free. The best part of the whole thing is that I didn’t have to load my pets up and evacuate the house for treatment, and the stuff they used is pet and people friendly. I’m very happy with the service i received and I would definitely recommend Orkin to anyone who needed a pest treatment service!
