When I had and needed the service it was great. Giovanni the service tech did a great job every month. Now three months ago I've canceled my service at the end of the contract and since then they've charged my debit card and returned it, send me invoices every month with charges that each month they've corrected and yet I still get monthly texts of time and dates they'll be at my home to service. Now I've received another invoice after thinking I cleared everything up with Tracy last month and now another text of service. I'm now trying to reach Mr. Frazier the Branch manager to see if it's possible to cancel my service and no longer be charged and have to clear this up every month.

I have had nothing but an awesome experience with Orkin. If I’m scared that I saw a mouse and it really wasn’t there they don’t make me feel ridiculous. Lol. But will still check everywhere. Anytime I call they are always nice. I bought an old abandoned home and fixed it up, Orkin came in and helped with rodents and bugs. I haven’t had an issue in 4yrs. When I went through a hard time financially they were understanding and worked with me as well. I definitely very happy with my service.

Totally awesome. This business is professional and always keeps you updated on texts and alerts when they are going to be at your house to work. Tim Price has to be one of the best people I have ever worked with at any business. Always professional and courteous. I am pretty sure he has not had to use chemical for years. I think the bugs see him coming and just die on their own! That is how good he is!! When I see an Orkin truck Tim is who comes to mind. He is awesome!!!

Quite a network Maybe the only suggestion I have and it's a benefit of small town life but, if we had the same tech come each time or at least 60-70% of the time, we could develop a history and address primary concerns on a more familiar and continuing level. We have a different person every visit and they are always professional , polite, and quick. I suppose if properly trained it doesn't matter if they rotate because the results are great after nearly a year as a customer! Kudo's!

Giovanni our service tech is always great! He is friendly, has great communication, responds to our concerns fast, and most importantly puts his customers first. He goes above and beyond! If it wasn’t for Giovanni we honestly wouldn’t have stayed with Orkin not because their products don’t work, they really do, but because other departments of the Terre Haute branch could use some additional training and patience when speaking with their customers when they call in.
