Can’t get a hold of anyone for 3 days, phone just rings and rings. Service technician came out 2 weeks ago, and the problem has not improved, trying to request someone to come back out and no one answers the phone, terrible customer service.

I've been working with them since October. They replaced the insulation in my attic with a special insulation designed to repel rodents. I was told I would notice a difference in my heating but the only difference I've noticed is my house is significantly colder. My heating bill was higher this winter than it has been since I've owned the house. I've called multiple times. Initially they ignored me until I called corporate. Then someone came out and looked at my attic and told me he would check my contract and call me to set up for adding more insulation. He ghosted me. Randomly about a month ago, a manager who'd been on leave called me and set up to come out. He came out and said the same thing. He then proceeded to ghost me. I paid these people $7200 (fully paid, no balance) to play in my face.

C. Jordan came and helped to eliminate the rodent issue that was surrounding my home. He used a new product which proved to work within days. He's awesome at what he does. Kevin is great too! He gave us full knowledge on what was happening and offered a permanent solution that we can't actually leverage until spring b/c of the time spent as homeowners.

Worst service! They don’t call back when you leave messages and don’t honor their guarantee. We still have spiders and roaches that are showing up in the house after having the initial services and four follow up services. The workers only spray a few base boards and don’t actually do what the website states that they will do to help prevent the issue. Additionally, I’ve been trying to call and get a customer support and nothing. Choose another service.

I had contact to orkin after read the some reviews so I called them for mice problems in my house they came and placed couple of traps but after two three week past non of the mice trapped so I bought glue blankets kind trapped from Amazon and it's trapped 4 mice so I called them and stopped my next service due not further fees and I told them give me a rest refund that they charged on day 1 called so they said we performed the service for trapping so it's can't be a refund so I told them why your website saying that not satisfie will give u refund so just one answer we performed so that is not will refund I said ok then so be careful from them I think they trapping a human not mice
