We live in a tri-level duplex and one bedroom and bathroom and laundry room are finished in the basement. After having this service we have had zero, literally zero issues with “basement bugs” like centipedes and spiders. After two applications in one week not a single bug. Worth every penny and the team is amazing both in the office and in the field. Trustworthy honest and fair!

The kid that came over was very good. This has nothing to do with him directly but as a company this is not good business. It was $180 for a one-time visit to put down traps that I could have done myself and then they try to sign you up for a monthly program and the kids said that all they do is basically come and check the traps which I could also do myself so I would not recommend this company. That's just my opinion. I could be right

I had Orkin come out due to an ant infestation in my crawl space. They explained what they were, what should be done and cost. I had moisture barrier laid throughout my crawl space. No one from Orkin came to make sure THEIR employees did the job correctly. I was told it would take them 6 - 7 hours, they were done in less than 3. I don't go in the crawl space, I questioned the tech who came out and sprayed. He said he trusts the 2 that do moisture barrier. Shame on me. Do not hire Orkin to do moisture barrier. They DID NOT go up the side of the walls as they were suppose to, and in fact there is one complete area that they did not even do. Plus they were to clean out all debris, they did not do that either. In fact they left all their garbage down there. One of the employees is Ernie (EJ), so if you have this person at your house, please make sure to check his work if you are able and make sure that the Managers at Orkin come out and check their employees work as they are suppose to.

Orkin did our attic insulation installation, specifically Matthew and Ernie. They estimated their arrival between 8am-9am and showed up at 8:30am (perfect). My mom had told me it was going to be an all day job, but they were completely done by 11am. My mom and I were both immensely impressed with not only the speed, but also how Matthew and Ernie are as people. Really cool guys, highly recommend them in particular to do your attic insulation.

Initial inspection was good. Jake was on time and very helpful and informative. When it came to treatment time the communication was a little sloppy. Scheduled for 10am many days in advance, so plans were made for 10am plus 3 hours for treatment. Then the day before they said a they would be there between 10am and 12pm. Didn't contact or show up til after 11:30 and then there were discrepencies on the phone vs in person as to how long to wait before entering house. Hopefully communication improves for the second treatment.

Technician was at my house to inspect work done mainly on the roof and I was told before the inspection the they would inspect the attic as well. The day of the inspection he walked around the house. He never went into the attic as previously told or even on the roof to look at the roof. The work can’t be fully be looked at from the ground. Once again I made myself available so they could get into the house and the didn’t do as expected and waisted my time.
