Orkin definitely kept their word, "We aren't happy until the customer is happy". Bailey gave me a very clear and concise overview about the areas of my house where critters, bats etc... could enter. She was thorough with her explanation and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. The job included critter elimination. insulation and gutter guards. Big job (took 3 days), weather was precarious at best. Dave, Michael and Logan worked liked heroes on the ladders. Beside the fact that the job was extensive, the guys, especially Dave was very polite and professional even though I am a perfectionist. Silentir and Chris made certain that I could speak openly about a few things that I wanted to be touched up. Dave and Michael returned as promised to complete the job! Thanks Orkin!

They were quick and helpful for the first visit but failed to let me know that I could cancel the year long contract right after the 1st visit if I was no longer in need of their continued services. I called to cancel before the 2nd visit and had to talk with a manager to get things straightened out. Please be firm if you can't afford the year long contract. I am grateful for their help when I needed it. I am also thankful they were willing to cancel the rest of the contract.
