I believe this time you deserve the five star report you were efficient, informative, and provided a quality product and service. Your representative was both professional and efficient could not have asked for a better service. I would certainly do this again the little pricier than some when you needed it done and wanted a quality job. This was definitely the way to go.

Fast turn around! Called one day could have came that day, but scheduled for next day. Good communication. Knowledgeable and friendly technician. Initial appointment a bit pricey but worth it for the peace of mind!

It’s nice but super annoying when you’re on a plan. They don’t ask when you want to reschedule your next appointment or anything. Instead they send you a text 2 days before they come and the time frame they’ll come. We want to be able to set the time and date for the next appointment so it works with our schedules. It’s not as effective if they come when you’re not home and can’t do the inside. I wouldn’t recommend doing their plans, it’s highly inconvenient

I love Orkin, the guys that came out cleared out my attic of old insulation and installed new insulation and sealed the holes on my roof they were very nice , professional and informative. I would choose them again if I had the choice. I’ve never been disappointed with Orkin. They made sure the job was done 100% before they left my home.

One star is absolutely too many for this company. We paid upwards of 7000 dollars for pest remediation in our attic, the salesperson was extremely helpful until we agreed to the service and to pay the bill and haven’t heard a thing from them since. The technicians that came to our house were extremely unprofessional. One was rude, acted off put by being at our house, the second was on a zoom call for most of the time she was at our house. Since the job was “completed” we continue to have issues in our attic with pests and hear them almost every night. We’ve tried for MONTHS to get someone to return our calls and get someone back out here. The one single time we did speak to a manger we were offered an extension to our warranty, which would be great if we could get someone to actually come back to our home and complete the job they started. Like other reviews we feel we have no other option than try and speak with a lawyer. All I can do is recommend you contact ANYONE ELSE for pest control. Edit: called the number the “owner” provided and still have ZERO resolution to our problem. Absolutely horrific customer service.

Today was a termite check. No bad news, happy to report. I have noticed that all of Orkin’s technicians are consistently professional and courteous. I had some questions today, and my technician stopped what he was doing, gave me his full attention, and took the time to answer my questions and explain in detail. While it is what we hope in most human interactions, it is a decided competitive advantage for companies whose employees deliver top notch customer service.

I called Orkin in February 2024 because I had some squirrels in my attic. They sent a technician to do an estimate. There were several points of access that needed to be closed up and they suggested that I get additional pest repellent insulation in the attic space. We agreed on a plan. When the team came out they said; we can't do the insulation because there is knob and tube wiring in the attic and vermiculite in the existing insulation. The wiring isn't live and wouldn't they have seen this during the initial estimate? So that part was not done. About a month later I heard squirrels in the attic again. One if the entry points was not sealed properly. I emailed the technician, she said she would pass the information to her supervisor and he would get back to me. He did not, several more calls and emails with no response. Squirrels had now dug a hole in the ceiling below the attic space. I called on last time and threatened legal action and finally got a response. Lots of apologies and excuses for almost 6 months of ignoring the problem. Today a gentleman came to fix the failed access point, he was respectful and professional. Reinforced the access point and explained what he did. The entire process took him about 35 minutes. I would not recommend Orkin for any future issues. Once I am done paying for the service I contacted, I will have no further business with them. I thought that a national company would be more competent. Up until today the total experience was extremely disappointing.

Very satisfied with Orkin. Had an emergency appointment come up the same day they were supposed to come out and they rearranged the time for me. They still gave us service on the same day. I was happy that they found an affordable service within our budget. I like how they send texts to confirm the time window of your appointment and then again later in that time window letting you know that you’re the next stop.
