Ezra is the best. He's knowledgeable, explains the service that day, asks about what we've seen since he last saw us and is transparent about what he can and can't do. We initially had him here for an ant problem. He showed me where they were coming from and why. Treated the house and within a week the ants were no longer visible. Since then, he comes in with a smile and appears to enjoy what he is doing for people. He's personable, knowledgeable and genuine. Orkin couldn't find a better representative for their company!
