If you want a company that doesn't show up when they are supposed to and tell you one price and charge you different, then this is the company for you. Nothing but trouble since we signed up. We got told a price and that it included the first spray and a follow up but then get charged for the follow up and then twice ore that we still haven't figured out. We are now on the second time that we have been told someone would be out to spray and never showed up. Cancel your plans and wait all day for no one to show.

Steve Fisher is our Orkin service provider, at my place of business. Steve has always been professional. The first thing he asks, when walking through the door, is if we are seeing anything that he needs to address. Once he is done with our service, he makes sure to address someone when leaving. Always a pleasant experience to see Steve.

I made the mistake of going with this big well known company because well there has to be a reason they’re so well known. They come to my house 4 times and the problem only gets worse. I told them multiple times I no longer wanted to continue. After missed appointments and no one calling back when they said they would, absolutely no improvement. The tech still shows up at my house WITH SOMETHING SIMILAR TO A CAN OF RAID??? Then as their parting gift they bill me double for that last service I made clear that I didn’t want. You know what I’ll pay that last bill because even though I told them no and that guy showed up he did still come perform a “service” I you could call it that, but I will not pay a cent more. I will not pay twice my bill for a service I didn’t want that was hardly even done. I went with a different exterminator, they came by once knocked the problem down, second time they wiped out the stragglers. There’s no excuse for this. Complete scam!

The cleaners were polite, respectful and professional. They kept me updated about what they were doing and gave me before and after photos so I could show the difference. No hidden charges added at the end, completely upfront and informative. My halls in the apartment complex never looked so good!!! Amazing job and great guys! Will definitely have then back in future!

Orkin scams people for the money and forces people to take services. Communication is a disaster and filled with incompetent upper management. They have their techs spray the outside during the cold weather knowing damn well that it will freeze and on top of that, there is no bugs outside. Also now they’re spraying a repellent for mice using propell. I looked up the product nothing but essential oils save your money!

The only reason I’m given a star at all is because the text that I have had come out to our home have been great, but with the way I’ve been treated by the office manager and office staff. I don’t recommend Orkin!!!!! This entire episode started because somebody came out to the house and sprayed. I wasn’t home. I was at work. I didn’t order the service. I call on it just to find out why the girl replied well because you’re signed up for it. It’s an automatic if you cancel, it’ll be $200 just for one service, OK I was unaware that the termite annual termite OK if we need something further I’ll let you know. She said oh you’ve been canceled I said what why we’re not due till October I have my money orders from the previous two years it turned into a fiasco. I called corporate to try to work it out the gentleman I spoke with was polite. I just now received a phone call from I think it was his assistant trying to tell me that I didn’t pay for last year’s for which I have a receipt !!! Receipts for the last two years when Cory was there. It was great and I have a appreciated each one of my text that I’ve come out when we’ve needed it but to cancel someone for no reason and not even try to contact them and say there’s a problem and then to get treated So poorly my office staff and what I mean by that is, I was talking to the girl on the phone. She went to talk to Matt and did not hit the mute button so I heard what Matt was saying in the background and instead of getting a phone call and an apology, I get a phone call Questioning my integrity, I have been a counselor my entire entire life left a legacy of love and tried very hard to be the kindest person. Most giving person I know how to be and this year has been hell for me with my son disabled. I am not gonna allow the company to walk over my son before he was disabled paid $3000 for a treatment. I don’t recommend Orkin!!!!!!!!

Warning. Unethical, liar sales men make promises that they won’t do when they show up. He promised a whole house spray plus mice, ect for a new home we just got. Said it wld be 196$ for initial service cuz of all the extras like mice, looking in attic, spray ect. then 80$ every other month. Great deal right? Nope!!!! Come to find out when they arrive they won’t do anything extra. Just spray. No mice, or checking in attic like promised on the phone. Came to almost 300$ about $100 more than promised for just a spray for outside bugs, no mice, no hornets, no webbing, or checking in attic as promised. Just a spray without anything the Orkin phone people promise you. So we call them to try to fix this misunderstanding but they won’t even return our call. When a company is Great at answering phones when they want to sale new business but is hard to get ahold of when you have a problem. Then there’s a problem. Stay away from this unethical company and stay with a local company. Maybe they will return calls??? They are Liar sales people with unethical practices.

Bad experience, cancelled three times in advance and Orkin guy still showed up when we were not home, and sprayed. Communication to cancel between service and “dispatch” makes no sense and is designed to make it difficult. Also, No number provided to stop guy once he’s “on way”, even after advance cancellation days ago. it’s a no reply text. Difficult to get to human to request refund, have to refuse to enter phone number or shunted to a voicemail service. Once I finally got to a human, she was helpful and refunded us. I’m upset my hone received unwanted spraying when we weren’t home, after canceling. Do not recommend . Untrustworthy despite big name.
