We pay them a lot of money, but they don’t fully do their job. They allegedly checked the front of the house but not the back of the house (you can’t open yr fence from the front and they never let us know they needed back there), and in the past we were never really sure they showed up. Edit: I called up there, and they’re going to send someone to make it right!

Called inquiring about the services this company provides and the Phone Clerk was the best!!! She took the time to Answer my questions and also she took the time to explain the process!!! She was not trying to SELL or Force me to purchase certain services they offered, she was very helpful with breaking down the service(s) that would be best for my situation!! She Listened to my needs and showed me understanding over the phone!!! She set an appointment and it was less than 72 hours a technician was at the door..The technician came out and INTRODUCED himself which was definitely a plus in my book!! He explained to me the things that he was going to do BEFORE he did them. He completed an inspection of my home inside and out. He also explained to me the process of future visits and recommended me to call if I have ANY questions concerns or problems before my next visit!! Although these may be small things, they definitely count!!! Professionalism and Warmth from Total strangers is what I received!!! I look forward to my next visit and I highly recommend this company from the services I have received so far :) It has been three days and I have yet to see any ants marching around my home :)

The techs were good most of the time. I did tell the last tech that sprayed that we were moving and that it would be last time sprayed. We also had our termite inspection done for closing by Orkin. The folks called to set up appointment for routine spray and again told them moving. Well, received a bill for the spraying that was not done and we were told that they needed a 30 day notice. Guess I thought telling the tech sufficed. Apparently, not. We will NEVER use orkin again!!!!

If i could give a zero star rating i would. the technicians have been coming out and spraying for a few months now and i still have a roach problem and i think the wasps and things outside are even worse. i was doing a better job myself with stuff i bought from Ace. i called and complained a couple times before finally canceling my service. i DO NOT recommend orkin if you have a pest problem

I was not satisfied with the technician that come out he sprayed here or there he was only in my home maybe 4 minutes and the treatment did not make a difference. He only sprayed a little bit he didn't put out any baits or paste like I expected they would have I don't feel that the price they charged me for what little bit he done is worth it at all
