JUSTIN K PROVINCE is a thorough and capable tech - super helpful with any requests - like we had spiders on the perimeter exterior and he sprayed em and came back a few days later and knocked down the webs and they are gone! Helped spray my bed liner of my truck for ants, Justin is a great tech and a very nice person. Thanks Orkin for hiring quality people. Aloha and mahalo nui loa.

Robert has been very nice and we have seen no site of the roaches. It's worth every penny to be at peace knowing that when I move things there's none.i think the only thing is getting Robert to explain a little more of what he's doing to rid of them.

Gene is my technician here in waikoloa. He is very informative, responsive and very kind. I’ve had him come out for the annual mouse infestation to set traps, sent text pictures of unknown pests I see in my home for him to identify as well as the the normal monthly treatment. Highly recommend.

Used Orkin since 2017 no problem up until recently they cancelled my acct because of no payment due to error on their part now to reinstate I will have to prepay 1 yr in advance. I say F U Orkin don't need these strong arm tactics or your service will treat my yard/house myself

Had our first treatment and was a great experience! Matt kept me updated as to arrival time and explained everything in detail. He listed to my concerns and seems to have addressed all areas. I will have to wait to see how well treatments work to provide further review. Update: The treatments have worked! Matt continues to impress with his customer service and work ethic, hard to find around here!
