It was my first time using Orkin and I am so impressed with the HIGHEST level of Customer Service from the initial call, the appointment scheduler, Ms. Charlie Price, The Tech that came out Mr. Tony and Mr. Chris the Inspector. All of them exemplified outstanding service! Mr. Tony even shared with me that HIS BOSS sets the example and expectations for high level service! Jeffery Rozier conducted our yearly inspection and did a wonderful job. After the inspection, Jeffery talked to us about his findings. He showed us photos of our crawl space, we decided to go with his advice of getting a new moisture barrier, exclusions, and a sump pump. He returned to discuss in detail what Orkin will be doing. Mr. Rozier was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him.

I finally called a professional and thank God that I did made the appointment. My technician showed up 20 minutes ahead of schedule told me that it wasn’t gonna work like magic but honestly I think he was wrong within the first day or so I saw a incredibly significant drop in the amount of critters I was seeing And by the second time I had a technician come I have not seen absolutely no bugs highly recommend the house

Gotta say, the service people who came to, and into my home were all VERY polite and professional. And as far as solving my initial problem the company as a whole was effective. There is also some sweet, sweet girl in their office that caught me on a horrible day. That is no excuse because I was needlessly rude to her. We had paid the company she worked for A LOT of money. Not her. And though I have already attempted to apologize, I still apologize! That said, and my complaint is probably senseless. But when I enter into an agreement with a person or entity, I expect to receive the goods and services that are laid out beforehand. I mean I paid the bill, right? The majority in cash upfront. The only reason I made a payment schedule at all was because the salesman who came missed some sort of charge that should have been added to the original total. Smh... I never defaulted or was even late on a single installment. But I never received all of the promised goods. Phone calls were never returned. Promises of management to return calls just simply never happened. In short, this two star review falls solely on the shoulders of sales, point of sales CUSTOMER service, management, and ultimately ownership. The service technicians, David, Tony Stokes, and I'm sorry if I wasn't home and missed someone else, were FANTASTIC!! They even attempted to do the jobs beneath, and above them. Unsolicited. Simply because they were concerned about my satisfaction. THEY take pride in their jobs and their brand. To you gentlemen, I say thank you, and reiterate that this review in no way is a reflection on you! Orkin of Dublin will get the job done. Not because of top notch management and exemplary customer support. But because the men that will come to your home DO CARE. If you leave a message for anyone above that you can forget it. Because they most certainly will. Give your exterminators all raises Orkin of Dublin, because they are TRYING to retain your customers. Update... I received a call from the manager of this office. Anthony was very quick apologize, which in itself did very little for me. Because people apologize ALL THE TIME! A sincere apology is often hard to come by. But then he did the unimaginable in the current social climate. Anthony took immediate responsibility!! Then asked me if I was home so that HE personally could come and rectify the issue! I wasn't available and Anthony stayed in touch with me multiple times daily until we worked out a solution. He did not deflect one iota of blame. He protected his sales staff and lauded his exterminators! So thank you Anthony of Orkin! For driving an hour and a half round trip during your lunch break to simply make a difficult customer happy. And thank you Orkin of Dublin! For slaying the evil that had permeated my home! FIVE STARS!! P.s. Mr or Ms Goodrow. I stand by my statement for your service people getting raises. But you should include Anthony in the next bunch of raises as well. In business, no matter how diligent or committed you are, things will slip. Customers will be unhappy. Sometimes for absolutely no reason. But when you have employees of the calibre that you are blessed to have, APPRECIATE THEM! Because we the people most certainly do! One last little thing while I'm spending your money. Give that sweet young lady in the office a big Christmas bonus! Cause Sometimes some idiot like me will be rude to them for no reason!

Orkin was courteous, informative, and a lot of ideas and tips. I would recommend to anyone. They treated my sisters house and couldn’t ask for anyone nicer. They made her feel at ease and reassured her they would take care of her problem.
