We have had some issues pop up with ants and other bugs in the past that he was able to easily nip in the bud. Had scheduled appointment 10 to 12 for retreat by landlord. Had to take off work. Verified appointment with address at 10:07. Still no show at 12. Call 4 times between 11 and 1pm with no response. Orkin got here at 1:30. Lost a days work. Orkin driver stated than appt was scheduled under landlord and his was completed this morning. Mine was the second appointment.

We just bought a house noticed a roach infestation as we started moving in I called sunday morning and they had someone out within a timely manner. Jason the technician was very professional polite and informative he explained the process as he proceeded with the treatment. We live in the country surrounded by woods and fields he went over the black boxes for mice and rats explained how they worked but did not push me to buy that service even though we did have them installed. I highly recommend Jason for all your pest control needs.

When they show they’re fine. In the last two months, I had my assigned person call before my service was due because he “had nothing better to do.” I said thanks anyway; he said he’d have his scheduler call me. He called me two weeks later saying he wouldn’t be able to get to my address that day. I told him that’s fine because I never received a notification that he was due. His scheduler then called me because he told her I wanted a call. When she called she said I wasn’t on his schedule for this week so she wasn’t sure why he called. When his scheduled day came, he told me that, again, he wouldn’t be able to perform my service. He did keep the appointment for today, after I received a text message that he wouldn’t be able to make the service. I love how Orkin keeps my house, but I am less than thrilled with my new associate.
