They are reliable. Organized. Arrive when expected. But the work isn’t great. This company took over Eco-shield, who I loved and did a great job. Now I basically just get someone who sprays around the yard. No cleaning cobwebs/spider eggs from the outdoor furniture or wiping cobwebs from rain gutter area. Nobody asking if I need spraying indoors either. Just meh ?

As always, the exterminator, this time his name was Sam or Max, was very professional, courteous, and more than willing to listen to what issues I was having. Orkin has been hands down the best exterminator company I have ever used or had the pleasure of doing business with. Orkin is great! Technicians are super friendly and professional. It seems like everytime they come I have something different for them to spray for, and they're always prepared and doesn't cost extra. A bit pricey, but they keep everything out of my house!

While I appreciate our tech coming earlier during 2 hour time window, just this once, to accommodate our schedule, it seemed as if it was a rushed visit. At the height of summer, we have a lot of outdoor bugs, including spiders and webs. After tech left, we spent a lot of our own time, getting more webs off house eaves, light fixtures and see many very small ants still today after treatment. We have had other services that spend more time. The jury is still out on Orkin as a service provider.

We called Orkin to schedule an inspection of our home and had a great experience. We worked with Joshua Santiago and he was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and was very thorough in his inspection. He seemed very genuine and felt like someone we could trust. At first I wasn’t thrilled that we had to pay an inspection fee, but the fact that money was exchanged gave me a lot of peace of mind about the honesty of the final report. We would definitely recommend Joshua and Orkin.

Once again, Orkin provided a personable technician who did a thorough job of pest control. And it would be so helpful. If Orkin would only call to arrange an appointment instead of surprising the customer with a date and time of their choosing instead of discussing the date and time with the customer, as has not been done so many times over the years and again it would be helpful to receive a phone call when the technician is on his way. Other than those two complaints I’m very satisfied with Orkin.
