I would give zero stars if it was an option. Called Orkin to help with a mouse problem. They visited the home multiple times, and did not help with the problem. The first trip they did an incomplete inspection of the home and put down mouse traps. I continued to have mice problems, and it wasn't until the third visit that the attic was looked at and it wasn't until the fifth visit that the siding around the front of the house was looked at (despite me consistently finding mouse droppings in these areas and pointing it out to the inspector). Ultimately I cancelled the service, and had to hire someone else to help with the problem because Orkin was not doing anything. Then there was the issue of payment. The initial cost was $372 dollars, I was told this included the initial inspection and a 30 day follow up (initially this was consistent with other quotes I got). After the 30 days I was told there would be a 62 dollar monthly service charge. I cancelled my service after the 30 days since there had been zero improvement, and then I was charged after the service was cancelled. I called to see why I was charged the first person I spoke with wasn't sure and I was told they'd reverse the. charge. The charge wasn't reversed, so a week later I called back and spoke with the manager, who told me the charge was a monthly charge of $124 dollars and split up into two payments of $62 dollars. I reviewed my contract this is not stated in there, only the monthly $62 dollar charge. There is no reason this should have been charged after I cancelled and stopped receiving service. I was already unhappy with the lack of inspection and service relating to the initial payment and then to get an additional charge, for no work completed is ridiculous, additionally the manager I spoke with at the Fort Collins office did nothing to resolve this problem.

They sent a gentleman who did a really great job! I am very happy for what they did to get rid of the mouse problem! Now I can get some sleep! I would be more than willing to recommend them to other people! They sealed every hole that they can find and set traps!!!! They are really great!!!!!

I chose Orkin 2 years ago when we moved to our new home, and I'm glad because I've had peace of mind ever since. They have been reliable, attentive, friendly, and helpful. When you call them, all of their agents are fantastic and find a way to help you. They come every other month, but if something comes up or we have a problem, they will send someone right away at no extra charge. All of our Orkin Pros have been amazing, and a shout-out to our current one, Omar Sanchez, who is professional and attentive. I strongly recommend Orkin here in Colorado.

After a year of the treatment it were off and reinvest happens. Been wait for a month to get the unit retreat but havent heard a word back. When they inspected the unit they told me that they would do treatment. Lord lord pays for this company will be moving soon as possible and would not recommend this to any home owner. This is a landlord special kind of place

Omar Sanchez was professional, polite and definitely knew what he was doing. He took the time needed to eliminate the wasps and knock down the wasp nest under the eaves that was too high for me to reach. Omar followed up with me a week later to see how things were going. My technician, Isaac is awesome. He goes above and beyond to make sure my issues are taken care of. He spent extra time removing spider webs from my house and problem areas and everything looks great. I've had other techs do this, and they always do an "ok" job, but the work Isaac does is fantastic. He's a hard worker and very conscientious. Great job! Thanks Isaac!

I had a difficult time getting the scheduler to understand the concerns I had about them coming to treat my property. I have a red ant problem, but own an acre and have goats, chickens, dogs and young kids. I went ahead and scheduled treatment anyways, figuring I could speak to whomever showed up directly about my concerns. Richard showed up and actually listened to my concerns and looked at what I was trying to accomplish. He modified my treatment to better achieve what I needed, saving me money and time while still doing everything he could to safely treat my space. Very grateful he listened and helped me find a better solution.
