From the phone call to start up service to the gentleman coming to home it was smooth and great service. He was very attentive to us it ok to spray this or that and was great around my special needs daughter. His calm demeanor I believed help her be calm . Normally if a stranger comes in she gets a bit restless, with this young gentleman sh le did not and was cute watching her watch him. He even took time to get rid of beehives for us due to highly allergic. Thank you so much for making something so not a fun thing calm and easy. I hate all the box tree elm bugs hopefully they will go away soon now.

I'm not usually one for using chemicals to treat our house, but the box elders and elm seed beetles have gotten so bad in our area that I had to call in the big guns. Orkin has done a great job for us and they have excellent customer service! Highly recommended when it's necessary to treat for insects.
