We called this morning about ants and they had an appointment within a couple of hours. Adam arrived with very exceptional customer service skills and he took care of the ants for us. He thoroughly checked everywhere in the house to make sure there were no other entryways for bugs to come in before he left and he left us with some portable bait traps! Awesome service!

Colton was very professional and kind, he gave me a lot of information on the pest we were having issues with and put things in place to take care of all of them very quickly. I never signed any contract before a specialist was sent to my property, all I did was inquire and a specialist was sent nonetheless. When the specialist informed me I was signing their device to indicate that they were there and provided proper service, they DID NOT explain to me that I apparently was signing some agreement or contract for a year of service. There was nothing for me to read on the device, they just handed it to me and asked me to sign to state they did their job. To confirm, I never signed any formal contract via the Orkin website or anything physical. I only ever signed the specialist's device which had nothing for me to read, just a signature box, and said signature box was explained to me as only confirming that they properly completed their job at my property. No one ever informed me that signing this device indicated I wanted to establish continued service. The website was very problematic and would not allow me to cancel my account. I ended up being charged for additional services I never asked for. I disputed these charges with the representative on the phone and explained this situation, and they assisted me with cancelling my account. However, now I am being informed I have a balance and it is being sent to collections. I do not understand why I have a balance when I continued to cancel appointments and tried to cancel my account on the website. Now I likely will have my credit negatively impacted by this. Very poor experience that could have been avoided had a specialist never been sent to my property without me signing anything, OR if I was not misled about what I was signing (as I never wanted 6-12 months of service).

Amy was polite and efficient. We had used another company before which was a waste of money. Amy did a thorough job eliminating the wasps. She will call us back in a few days to see if everything is okay. Great service.

Larry is just amazing, he has been with me and my children for over 12 years. He has saved us from a praying mantis situation that hatched in our Christmas , to helping us with a spider situation, also hatched in the Christmas tree( Keep my house too warm lol) He has been there through address changes and still comes to look at every corner, every closet, behind beds, and every place in between….. because he knows I am not good at spiders., always looking out. Orkin is a good company,( They are happy to send him out in between treatments when I have an issue……. for free) but he is the reason we have stuck around. He is my saving grace when I am a pansy, He knows my children, knows my dogs, Never judges me for the way my house is at times when I’m working too much. He’s incredible. We love you Larry!!!!

Adam was the 3rd tech out to handle our wasp problem. He was amazing. Pulled the boards off at we had asked the previous techs to do to remove dead hive. He found 11 more hives 9 of them active. He inspected the wooden fence and killed 6 more hives there. He was amazing! Thank you Adam for everything you did.
