One of Orkins policy is (If any time we notice bug, critter activity customers can call and request services spraying, traps reset, removal of critter in trap) we do not have to wait for our next monthly service. I really tested that policy starting back in July.Due to an increase of activity of various creepy crawlers, I was calling Orkin every other week. Customer service was very understanding and helpful and scheduled tech to come out. Absolutely the best customer service. I also called with a concern regarding a tech , they completely understand my concern and system updated and noted that specific tech was never to be assigned my home.

The quality of the product that they use is really good, and it took care of the matter that I need it taken care of but some But some of the people that they sent out a technicians are very rude and disrespectful. I made a complaint on one of eight associates that came to my house. He slammed his door my face, and he pulled off very I reported it and I didn’t get service for a whole month or even maybe two so I was very disappointed in that but since they take direct deposit out I continue with the service because like I said they have quality materials that they use and gets the job done I just feel like they better need to do a lot better what they technicians because some of are very rude and disrespectful and when I reported it nothing happened, there was no follow up or anything

After many attempts to reach Orkin by phone on 11/16, I went to my account and left a note about the issue I was having. I followed up today and was informed Orkin would be out to my home between 2-4. They arrived timely and the tech evaluated the issue and treated the exterior of my home and around the exterior door and windows. He was informative and concerned. Follow up in two weeks. The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did his best to meet our needs. However, the company does not speak to the technician about their scheduling which resulted in our service being rescheduled with no notice or call from the company.
