I called to five different pest control companies in the area and they either didn't return my call or lied and said they would. I called Orkin and got to talk to them right away and schedule my first appt for the next day. They have showed up on time each appt and have kept me well informed and did exactly what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend them.

We did a year contract with Orkin to resolve a wasp and carpenter bees problem we had. The wasps were handled within 2 services. This was fantastic because we had several nests in our shutters. We still have carpenter bees but not as bad as it was last year. But for the amount of money we have paid in the last year I would say that I wouldn’t pay for the service again unless I had a much larger problem. I believe we paid around $350 for the initial service and then $58 a month every month after.

Have ad them for years now. Great service, there payment portal can use some updats. It will say I have zero Ballance but then I'll get a past due bill in the mail. I always pay it so no big deal but frustrating. Since using them our bugs have gone from a 100/100 to a 2/100 so can't complain. Would recommend to anyone!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. My 7 month contract was canceled without me knowing only 5 months into the contract. When I called to ask why the woman who answered the phone didn’t want to answer my questions, couldn’t give me a timeframe of when I would be called back, and honestly acted like she could care less! It’s always something with this office and they’re never kind about fixing their own mistakes. Use somebody else so you don’t have to experience this headache. Barnes Exterminators was much kinder and easier to work with. I’ll never work with this company again because of this office. Terrible experience. Except for Preston, he was the best service provider I could ask for. Update: they lied and wrote on my account that I called in to cancel and I never did. So they also falsify documents as well. Also the service manager never called me back so they lied about that too. Very unprofessional office.
