I do not recommend this company. They are shady with their pricing, not upfront about what needs to be done, and constantly trying to swindle you into a contract in order to get any type of service done. I have a rental property that has fleas, they tell me I have to get recurring service or their product won’t work.

These guys are Amazing they came out for a second spray when we needed them to. My only complaint is you can't talk to someone directly at the local office but the people you do talk to are friendly and helpful. My first visit was about $160 and then about $50 monthly

Preston was great! He gave us some tips on how to better keep pests out, which sounded obvious once we learned them, but hadn’t thought of them before. Was happy to give us encouragement that the roaches WILL be taken care of. And he even helped my husband chase our dogs and turkeys as they got loose when he was here 😆. Thanks Preston, thanks Orkin

Orkin came out today to the restaurant I manage to treat for a yellow jacket infestation, and the customer service we received from start to finish was amazing! From the rep I spoke to on the phone yesterday, to the inspector I communicated with today (Jon) and the tech that came to the store (Scott), everyone was polite and professional.

Our service tech was a nice and polite guy, but at the end of the day, we had to change companies as our spider/insect issues got much worse over the course of our treatments from Orkin. We reached out to them and gave them the opportunity to step up on the treatment, but they did not. Regarding their satisfaction guarantee, please note that you will still be charged the contract price, subject to a 30-day advance cancellation notice. Nice folks, I just wish they could kill bugs…. I have amended this review to drop their rating to a 1 star. I cancelled my service with Orkin on 8-8-25 and they advised that it would continue for 30 days after. They sent a tech on the 12th to spray. Yesterday evening 9-5-25 we get a text they are coming again (and billing) on Monday the 8th for service. Of course no one answers at the customer care number in the response below this review. Before I thought these were nice folks but couldn’t kill bugs. Now I know they are about extracting the maximum amount of revenue from each customer. As a note, the new company I am using is less than 1/4 the price and seem to have taken care of our issue.
