I scheduled a home inspection. A manager arrived on time completed the inspection and began service. He communicated with me the entire time so that I was fully informed of what would be done. Mr George with Orkin is the Best! He's very attentive! His professionalism and kindness means a lot! He goes above and beyond to accommodate his clients! I highly recommend Update -07/21/2025 unfortunately Mr George wasn't so helpful after 3 visits the apartment tenants are still dealing with live pest and he suggested we tell tenant to improve housekeeping! This was rude and unprofessional and after expecting tenants apartment it was not dirty . Mr George also did not call me when he arrived or when 2 of the apartments were locked we have arrangement set up that if he runs into any problem he notify me I live across the street and can easily go and unlock doors especially because we're paying for all apartments to be cared for! Mr George also suggested for us to get ride of stray neighborhood cats I would like Mr George to focus on his job which is getting rid of pest inside of apartments. We hope to get better results next visits so that we can give a great review! ❤️

I was given a time frame for when the technician would be arriving, and he definitely was there within that time frame. Mike was exceptionally friendly courteous and professional. Did an outstanding job. From the beginning of my process when Justin Phillips came to my home to do the evaluation and from the time Mike showed up today to start service I felt very valued as a customer, my concerns and questions were taken seriously and answered promptly. And I just can't say enough about the outstanding service at this point in time.
