I want to give Kudo's to Ryan, the technician who has been going above and beyond to get a serious cockroach infestation in my Mother's home under control. He is doing an amazing job and has gotten them down from swarming out of every drawer and cabinet, to only a few seen once in a while. Gavin is a wonderful employee. He did the original spray to get rid of the termites and did a wonderful job. I haven’t seen any termites since. He also was the one to inspect it. U r very lucky to have such a wonderful employee with Orkin. I wish my employees were as efficient as him. His customer service is on point as well. Gunnar is my favorite Orkin in the last 7 years! He is professional but also down to earth. Always does a great job and ask if we ever need anything. If Orkin had more of him they would be the unstoppable pest control company.

Orkin has been great. They take control of any bugs and come out between service if needed. My only complaint is it depends on the tech you get, sometimes communication is not great. But most of the techs have been communicative and very knowledgeable.

He checked the whole house before he started; he asked questions about concerns we had and was eager to address them.
