I called Orkin after my tenant called with an ant issue at my rental home. The scheduling woman was very nice and explained my options. They could come the very next day. The Orkin man was timely and got to work. He called me afterwards and said he did the inspection and laid bait and didn’t think it would be a recurring issue, however, he set another appointment (free of charge) to come reinspect in two weeks and treat again if necessary. I am very pleased with the service!

Quick shout out to Orkin Gilbert office! I saw this two evenings ago And had no idea what it was. After a little research, termites!!! I called Orkin at 8 o’clock Thursday morning and they were able to send Michael H Friday afternoon!!’ The word termites equate to $$$$In my mind. Not to mention everybody, I spoke to said the tree will have to be cut down!!! Michael Was absolutely phenomenal! He was professional, knowledgeable, and Explained the situation thoroughly. He offered options for the type of termite that had infested my palm tree. He also shared that they Usually move fast and move on And my palm tree should be just fine. I am hugely relieved. Thank you so much, Orkin!!!
