I have never had service like this before. Most pest control companies just want your money and not to be bothered. Antonio has far exceeded my expectations of what customer service truly is. He came to my house to get me all set up with my account and other information. He told me to contact him if I had any questions or concerns I was having. Believe me, I have had questions and concerns a lot during this process. I text him every time and he takes care of it for me. 10/10 recommend Orkin and hopefully Antonio can help you out too!

Wife called last week and setup an appointment for this week. We live out of state so the schedule plays a big factor. Told them the dates we would be in town. No problem. They were supposed to come today and the tech called on Friday trying to confirm a call for Tuesday? Knowing we leave Sunday. Said he was calling his manager and would call me back. Never heard back from anyone.

Excellent service. Chad Sund was both very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time thoroughly check every inch of my home and patiently answered my laundry list of questions. I feel better knowing I have Orkin covering my home. It's reassuring to know they have such high quality technicians and salespeople.

The new technician assigned to our home is Adam, and today marked his initial service appointment. Adam proactively called in advance to confirm the scheduled visit and provided a courteous reminder text on the day of service. Upon entering our residence, Adam took the appropriate measure of wiping his feet and extended a warm greeting to both myself and my son. He conducted his work with great thoughtfulness, ensuring that he applied the treatment in precisely the right areas of each room. In addition to his professionalism and meticulous approach, Adam was amiable and engaged in meaningful conversation throughout the appointment. We have encountered difficulties in the past related to inaccurate scheduling; however, it is worth noting that Adam was prompt and adhered to the originally scheduled time.

Mr.Claxton was on time , prompt and helped me out with what needed for my home. He is very knowledgeable and nice and very friendly. We recently had our yearly inspection with Orkin. Corinne Dorman was our inspector this time and she did an amazing job! She was very thorough and took extra time to explain what she had found and was very knowledgeable in answering our questions. It was so awesome to have someone come out to us who is so dedicated to doing her job well and thoroughly. I would highly recommend her to everyone who needs a residence inspected for pests. She truly enjoys and is dedicated to her craft!

Just wanted to say “thank you” for a job well done! We are new to the area, and I wanted a local company to service us, but we still called around to see what our options were. After speaking with the corporate offices, I got a call back from Tiffany right away. She explained that although they still carry the Orkin branding (which is a GOOD thing), they are local, and we would get the “family” type service we are accustomed to in Texas. Sure enough, Claxton arrived on time with a call ahead, and took the time to ensure we would be taken care of really well. This is a bitter sweet review. My family and I have been with this company for many years and I remember Sarah being my technician for the last five years. She is phenomenal and words cannot explain how passionate she is about her job. She has made herself available to treat my home whenever I needed. Over the years, things have come up and she still has been available for me. I really appreciate her and the dedication to service. The termite service is excellent as well but this review is not about that. From my understanding, Orkin has a high turnover with employees and I am not comfortable with changing technicians every few months. This due to the current climate we live in—safety is paramount for me. I have learned she is being promoted and I am very happy for her. However because she is not going to be in the field any longer, I am going to have to “cut” ties with Orkin. I am thankful for the time I was able to have this company on my side and I wish nothing but the best for you Sarah. Congratulations to you!!!!!
