Once the technician arrived, he did a good job. However, due to a communication error on the expected time of service, I had to reach out to the company for further clarification on when to expect service. The representative was unprofessional to say the least. Because of her lack of professionalism, I have decided not to renew my service, once this contract expires. I’d rather buy OTC insecticides than deal with rudeness from a rep that works for a company that I’m employing.

I have tried to cancel my monthly payment several times, but they continue to charge my bank account. I don’t recommend this company. To be brief, We had an issue in the yard that we thought was X!, and the technician diagnosed it as Y. Treated it expensively and with chemicals which did not resolve the issue. Long story short, they did not diagnose it correctly and my yard turned BLACK which ruined the wood for my new deck because the wood was delivered and laid in the yard while building the new deck. I have spent hundreds of dollars on natural cleaning solutions to try and resolve the Black issue with my yard. They have not been helpful and I even had the manager visit my house and he supposedly took samples and was sending them off for testing. I never received any response from him and another company quickly diagnosed the very simple problem, which they treated with an all-natural solution. They fixed the problem except for areas of the yard that were still black from the harsh chemicals they used. Furthermore, I can’t cancel my service because they don’t answer my calls or respond to my voicemails, texts, or emails. There are so many other pest companies I would not use this one. NOT Happy with their service Orr the products they use at my house.

Our exterminator is great. They always give us a heads up on what day they will be there a couple days before (or more) and send us texts on their way, when they arrive, and when they leave. I appreciate their efforts to notify us/keep us updated. They also appear to care if the service is going well as they send notifications reminding of potential issues that can arise when there are weather changes and ensure us that they will take care of any problems should they arise. We are very happy with our service!!!

2 Orkin representatives came to install an exhaust fan in our crawl space to control the moisture. It was not an easy job, but they worked hard to change out the old exhaust fan & install the new one! They solved every problem they encountered & were diligent to have it in good working order before the left. Thanks for the 2 hard workers to meet our expectations on a job well done!

My standing technician is Andrew, and he is the BEST. I feel he is thorough, dependable, and gets the job done in a prompt manner. He explains what he is going to do and why. He takes time to answer my questions. He is friendly but professional- perfect balance. Also DJ came today - our first meeting, and all that I said about Andrew also applies to DJ.

Had a rat problem and they were able to easily schedule a service within 24 hours. Fred was amazing and really insightful. He checked thoroughly for holes and we came up with a good plan together. He talked me through the whole process and made sure we would resolve the issue.

I called Orkins for an evaluation of flying, beetle-like bugs that were centralized to my kitchen and primarily the pantry-area. The exterminator arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained the treatment process and what he believed the bugs to be. He treated my home inside and out. He was very courteous and professional. I feel much better now knowing what the source may have been and the treatment plan.
