Chris, one of the technicians is fantastic. We’ve been Orkin customers since 2019 and he is the best by far. He’s very knowledgeable, proactive, and provides great customer service. He’s very courteous and considerate of people that work from home. I highly recommend Orkin for the routine, every other month maintenance services and mosquito service. However, I would not recommend them for any of the high dollar, larger, project work, household dehumidifier installation, cool-tech “energy saving” foil in attic spaces, etc. we had issues with that.

We've lived at our current address for six years. We started using Orkin for pest control when we bought the place, and under their maintenance we have never once had a bug problem. Excellent work.

After repeatedly reaching out for support and help there was no attempt or solutions to fix my mosquito problem. Two buckets were placed in my backyard which are still there by the way. Only one trip was made to fog the backyard after I threatened to cancel. No follow up to see if there were improvements. Customer service nonexistent and response time very delayed. I would not recommend or ever use Orkin again. I will do my best to tell warn others as well. Satisfaction guaranteed was thrown around when signing me up but I can truly say I was never satisfied.

So far, I have had a terrible experience. First, I had an appointment time and the technician called to see if I was there early and I stated no, because I had to drive to the location, I told them I could be try to be there a few minutes earlier than the appointment time, then the technician seemed to be bothered by that, and he said that may be to late…. I had to rush, and luckily the technician met me, but that was just the beginning of the issues. I was told one price, then shown another charge on paperwork, and then noticed I was charged a higher price, when I looked at my banking statement. I also was not pleased when Orkin came out. The treatments that was discussed, was not used and the list keeps going. Needless to say, I called and have left a message for the company, but yet have heard back. I also called, and spoke with a sales representative, since I could not get a hold of the Chattanooga office, and was told the message would be passed along personally, and apologized for all of the issues, but yet I haven’t heard from anyone. We are having some issues with a property and Orkin was suppose to help with that. I have been over charged and had questions about the next billings as well, because it was suppose to be quarterly as one amount or monthly for the quarterly to be broken down in smaller payments, but then was told it would be bi-monthly, and that was why the charge would be a little different. I still, so far have gotten charged a completely different charge for the initial visit, did not receive the help and things they stated would be used and still have not heard from them.I do not feel comfortable moving forward, and I have no idea what to expect moving forward, praying my account is not charged when it is not suppose to be. I have used Orkin in the past, for a long time, and at that time Orkin was ok, that is why I chose to come back to Orkin, and was hoping to for other properties, but as of now, my service with them will be cancelled, if not resolved soon. I was hoping for a lot better.. I have done nothing but talk Orkin up to others and now it’s a regret.
