I got Orkin specifically to help with a Wasp issue and pay $56 every two months for them to not help with the wasps at all. When it comes to other bugs they do a great job but with me SPECIFICALLY agreeing to the contract due to wasps I expected more since my Fiance is very allergic to them. I told them how tall my house is when I signed so why is it an issue. On top of the $56 bi-monthly bill I have been paying they want to charge me $395 Just because they need a ladder. I could buy 3 ladders with that amount. Why am I paying monthly fees if they will not help with the job I initially signed up for?! In november the wasps hibernated so I was like okay whatever it doesnt matter if they didnt do anything for them but now that I am in need and the inside and outside of my house is having wasp issues they are not here for me. If you have a small bug problem Orkin will be great just don’t sign up for them during the winter time while the bugs are hibernating because come spring they will charge $395 for a ladder even after you have paid them hundreds of dollars already… nothing against the person who has been coming for minimal bug help he has been great with the small pests. Looks like I am going to have to watch some youtube videos and do it myself. I cannot wait for this contract to end. 🪜💪

Jamie is our guy. He’s extremely professional, very polite, and very personable. He always speaks to my children who are always curious as to what he is doing. I see all the great reviews about Orkin however that was not my experience! Mike went from $0 to $20k that he expected my elderly parents to pay! No alternative options, nothing! It was like they have good credit and he wasn’t concerned that they are on fixed incomes. My opinion simply elder abuse!

I haven’t catch his name yet but our exterminator is amazing! He answer every question we have and his service is incredible, and exterminating wise this company is good, they are careful if animals are around and will always look out for there best interest, roaches have gone down by a lot in my opinion and most I’ve seen are babies. This company has very great customer service and will always make you satisfied, I recommend this company 100%
