“I had Dom treat my house for subterranean and dry wood termites at a cost of $2000.00 in Feb. of 2015. They drilled holes in the interior walls and sprayed Termidor in behind the sheetrock. They also injected Termidor down into the ground around the house for the subterranean termites. Their plan for the attic was to shoot the Termidor mist in from only 2 spots, the hatch entries in the garage and hallway(without climbing up through the attic), which didn't seem like enough for the attic of a 2000+ square foot home. I took off a vent that I had installed over the master bedroom end of the house and asked them to spray from there as well which they did. After they left I looked into the attic through the three points of access and found that a lot of the wood didn't look wet even near these three areas. I called Dom and he said that the wood didn't have to be wet, the mist would do the job. Four months after the treating the ground around the house, the attic and the exterior walls (from inside) I have carpenter ants climbing the side and back of my house. The ants must be eating the same wood they just treated for termites. This makes me wonder how effective the treatment was. I called Dom and he offered to spray the grass around the house for $75.00 more. I declined his offer. I will not be paying for the annual renewal at $250.00 per year for the next 10 years either.”

“***I've never had service with this company*** However, I did just witness a driver from NRPC cut diagonally in front of another driver, forcing them to stop. Then the passenger proceeded to get out of the car and yell at the woman driving the other car. Now don't get me wrong... I'm not sure what the other driver did, however it is never okay to purposely create an unsafe situation, nor is it okay to threaten someone verbally or physically. I would imagine that a company dealing with pest control would value safety, not foster incredibly unsafe situations.”
