“I called stating that I needed service at my house. I was asked, "what for?" I figured a "pest and termite control" company would know that I needed pest control. Then I was asked what the problem was. ?? Really? pests. pests are the problem Then I was told that they are booked for the week. Pretty much, they don't want your business. As a business owner you need to take control of your business and lead the conversation with this-or-that questions to narrow down the problem and the services you can provide, and let the person know your next available appointment.”

“If I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD! Online says 24/7 service and the lady answered on a Sunday and wouldnt give me the time of day , cut me off every word I started to say. Asked me what the issue was and I proceeded to tell my story quickly in hopes that i wouldn’t not be interrupted again and then she interrupts me to say “ not in the office today call back tomorrow after 8am we can see if we have time to work you in” ... THEN HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD FINISH TELLING HER I WOULD TAKE MY MONEY ELSE WHERE and Try someone else. REALLY ??? I’ll give my money to someone else who at least cares to pencil me in when I call for an emergency service for one of my tenants.”
