“Showed up on the wrong day than the date I was given and did THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in damages to my personal property not to mention damages to my apartment. The guy Charles over the crew said he would take personal responsibility for my stuff and making sure nothing was damaged. I've called the office and they say they wont talk to tenants only landlords but the landlord says to talk to them. Now the office is saying that they have no record of being here. Charles admitted after I finally got in touch with him that he did say he took responsibility and I sent him photos of the personal property damage. Now he wont talk to me either. I have recordings of the phone call I had with Charles about the damages and I have witnesses to what he said about taking responsibility. I have contacted an attorney about this since they wont replace what they damaged. I do not recommend using them.”
