“This company services the apartments where I live. The last service was Friday the 13th. The technician serviced the location using only a roach bait because his B&G used to apply liquid insecticide was broken. They continue to use the same chemical month to month even though the science shows insects become chemical resistant after 3 or 4 months of repeated use. The failure to use a insect growth inhibitor further show’s lack of application of proven treatment modalities. I service tech does not even carry a flashlight. The application of the insecticide when used is improper or applied hit or miss fashion. The failure to provide a quality service is why I gave them one star and that was only because you had to in order to write this review. User (buyer) beware.”
