“Started with the guy coming to look at the attic to see if it was a squirrel or a rat. Once he found out what it was, he was supposed to let my landlord know. Never did. Weeks have now past and I was told yesterday that someone would be here at one to finally get this animal out. Since they've decided to drag their feet in doing their job, there's damage to the ac duct system and my bedrooms won't stay cool. Best part? It's 2 o'clock and still no call no show. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone”
