“Horrible customer service! I would NOT recommend this company. I first used them to spray our new home and had to make them come back out after 30 days to spray again because there were still bugs everywhere. they came back 60 days later and sprayed again and the treatment again did not seem to kill the bugs. When expressing to Jessie that the treatment was not working he was extremely rude and did not care and rudely made the remark that there were plenty of customers and hung up on me. I would never run a business with such poor customer service! I have heard several complaints regarding the same problem from others as well.”

“Our experience with Jessie Lopez, owner of Lopez Extermination will be outlined in this review. Friday, July 13 at noon Jesse had scheduled to come and do a job at our home and he did not show up. We had to follow up with him with 3 phone calls in to order figure out if he would still show up and the time was changed to 3pm. Additionally, we were quoted by his employee Andy at $150 for 4 hours, then when we rescheduled our appointment, Jessie confirmed $150 for 4 hours and "the job has to be no later than 12 noon because it takes four hours." On July 13, 2018 when we talked to Jessie again he said that the job would be, "$150 for 1 hour and he said, "I never said it would be $150 for 4 hours, I have been doing this for 35 years and know I did not say that." The math did not add up, 150 for 4 hours changed to 150 for 1 hour, so when we questioned him about the change in time and price, that is the response we got. We hope that everyone does read this review and understands that we have been doing business with this man for over 20 years. We were very disappointed and expect for a professional business to keep appointments and treat their customers with respect.”
