“This company sent a letter that says "We look forward to continuing the same level of quality service as provided by Bob and Heather's team in the past (Bugs on the Bayou)." All the lady did on the phone when we called, was BASH Bob and Heather, saying they left terrible paperwork and could not continue any existing policies, just make new ones because they "could not trust that any services had been provided to anyone, the paperwork was so bad." It's not our fault you inherited bad paperwork. Don't pretend you are continuing policies, when you are devolving them to start newer, more expensive ones. I would avoid.”
