“Extremely rude office personal. Very poor customer service. They act like they are being bothered and customers are inconveniencing them when you call to schedule a service when THAT IS THEIR JOB. I was told by the front desk that they do not care about their customers availability but will perform work only when it works for their staff so they could not help me since I work a normal 9-5 M-F. Then how do they even have any business? That I don't know. I wouldn't give them business now if my home was infested with roaches. Don't waste your time with Keys Pest Control if you want someone nice in customer service who is willing to help you. Their front desk is nasty.”
